lakeside bliss!

free upgrade lake view friendly staff
I got a free upgrade to a room with a lake view. it was a great surprise and the surroundings were lovely. the staff members i met were amazing. They are some of the friendliest people i've ever encountered. I really felt they were really good too.
the parking cost me more than i expected. i paid quite a bit to park right next to the building for a short time. it's something to consider.

The location was scenic on the lake. I enjoyed the views. the walk to the theatre area through campbell park was quite nice. the adjacent pub provided convenient access.
The hotel was quite dated upon arrival. finding the entrance was difficult. It is located behind the green king pub. the front door of building two was not secure, made me uneasy.

dirty balcony canceled activity
the staff were really kind and helpful, making the beginning of the stay quite promising.
the balcony lacked furniture and was covered in cigarette butts and cobwebs , the toilet didn't flush properly , and our lake activity was canceled due to maintenance , forcing a change of plans.
